Berkeley Castle Open Day

Just think.......a wedding at such a beautiful venue as Berkeley Castle - and becoming part of history!!!!! This is not the type of venue that all the money goes into the pocket of the owners. The castle is run by a trust & monies also go towards the upkeep of this magnificent building.
The Open Day was a great success with the newly appointed Wedding Co-ordinator Pippa saying hello also. I'm sure she will be brilliant in the team at Berkeley & I'm looking foward to working with her!

Winter Wedding Flowers

The Kingscote Barn Tetbury - beautiful Winter weddings with flowers designed by Sorori Design!!!! Stunning venue to set off the flowers & lots of happy brides :)

Happy New Year!!!!!!!

Here comes 2012.......hopefully it will be a good year, filled with lots of lovely flowers grown in our organic garden in the Severn Vale.
2011 was a very successful year, lots of weddings at venues such as Kingscote Barn, Berkeley Castle & now we are also preferred suppliers at the recently refurbished Old Down Manor!!!!
So, below are a few snippets from 2011 & may I wish you a peaceful, happy & healthy 2012.

Kingscote Barn - Open Day Sunday!!!!

Really looking forward to the Winter Wonderland wedding Open Day at Kingscote Barn tomorrow :)
I've been really busy updating my portfolio, printing price lists, framing pictures & making up lots of lovely wedding bouquets & table centres, it's all going to look amazing & I'm sure it's going to be a brilliant day.
Watch this space for pictures from the day..............

Eastington Hall wedding

A stunning wedding at Eastington Hall - we used Memory Lane roses, Purple lisianthus, eryngium thistle & eucalyptus, then I used a really pretty purple berry from the garden calledCallicarpa dichotoma, common name, purple beautyberry, & is a perfect description of the fruit on this uncommon shrub. This plant is also called Chinese Beautyberry because it is native to eastern and central China and Japan. It just finished off the bouquets beautifully!!!!!!

The bridesmaids wore a lovely slate grey & the bride a detailed dress with lace & crystal detail.
